Annual Service Plans
Enjoy year-round peace of mind with a maintenance plan designed specifically for campervans. Our Annual Service Plans take the guesswork out of ownership by scheduling and tracking your preventative maintenance, ensuring your van is ready for every adventure.
Whether you're new to vanlife or a seasoned traveler, our service plans help keep your vehicle operating safely and reliably while reducing the stress of remembering service intervals and scheduling appointments.
For East Coast Vanlife custom builds, any warranty-related service can be performed during scheduled service visits.
How It Works:
Initial Inspection
Your plan begins with a comprehensive inspection of your campervan. During this visit we will:
Review all major systems
Document service intervals
Record consumable part numbers such as water filters and air filters
Identify any maintenance needs
Service Scheduling
We'll create your maintenance schedule and reserve service appointments throughout the year.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least one week's notice.
Service Reminders
Want a reminder? We'll contact you approximately two weeks before each scheduled appointment.

$2,300 Per Year
Designed for vans equipped with a diesel parking heater.

Annual Service Plan – Hydronic Heating System
$2,500 Per Year
Designed for vans equipped with hydronic heating systems such as Rixen's, Webasto, Espar, and Hybrid Electric systems.
Includes:
Initial inspection and maintenance planning
Service reminders
Winterization service
Summerization service
Hydronic heating system service
Additional water system sanitization service
Full systems function test
Written service reports
Vehicle wash and driver area detail
50% off one PDI inspection (mobilization and mileage not included)
Annual Service Plan – Propane Appliances
$2,300 Per Year
Designed for vans equipped with propane-powered systems and appliances.
Includes:
Initial inspection and maintenance planning
Service reminders
Winterization service
Summerization service
Propane system and appliance inspection
Additional water system sanitization service
Full systems function test
Written service reports
Vehicle wash and driver area detail
50% off one PDI inspection (mobilization and mileage not included)
Additional Information
Service plans are intended for preventative maintenance and system care.
Replacement parts, consumables, filters, glow plugs, and other required components are billed separately at the time of service.
Any repairs or recommended corrective work identified during inspections or service visits are not included in the service plan. If repairs are desired, they may be scheduled separately through our service department.
